Hi! I’m Kayla. I am a registered nurse, a certified personal trainer, and a nap enthusiast. I have a passion for wanting to be fit but ever wavering motivation. I also think I’m funnier than I am, follow along if you’d like!


I hope this website brings you motivation and encouragement. This is a space for me to share my thoughts about health and fitness, and share some exciting new programs I am working on. Sustainability and mental health positivity is key for my workout programs. In each endeavor, I want to spread positivity and reminders to give ourselves grace. I hope to continue to be realistic, honest, and straightforward while providing advice that I, myself, try to follow. Let’s go on this journey of fitness together!
